More than Pizza

How about a gloomy Monday start?

First working day of the week, but unexplainbaly your with a low and heavy heart. Yeah Right! You had a good weekend break. (At least on some parts) An ample Saturday rest. A usual Sunday night. Your side won in a crucial match. You were able to take some snaps. A pretty nice weekend but suddenly sadden start.

Oh God! This is the usual thing! It happens from time to time!

Then came two missed calls. Number unidentified. Started to pick it up. Voice couldn't get through. Couldn't hear a sound.

Wanted to send "Can't hear you, just send me..."

Again another try, "Hi there!, where's your office located here in the building...?"

"Just mention my name to the guards".

Less than a minute, someone's looking for someone at the reception area.

Oh well, it was a busy-slash-frantic day. Someone was standing at our office lobby holding a big box of pizza, some sodas and a cold coffee from Starbucks.

Time to blush. Need not to explain to anyone. Just enough for a gloomy night... o_O

Thanks Big Apple for the Pizza and thanks to the Pizza who made the biggest slice in my life.

LSS: How Far We've Come

I'm waking up at the start of the end of the world,
but its feeling just like every other morning before,
Now I wonder what my life is going to mean if it's gone,

The cars are moving like a half a mile an hour and I
and started staring at the passengers who're waving goodbye
can you tell me what was ever really special about me all this time?

But I believe the world is burning to the ground
oh well I guess we're gonna find out
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come
Well I, believe, it all, is coming to an end
oh well, I guess, we're gonna pretend,
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come

I think it turned ten o'clock but I don't really know
then I can't remember caring for an hour or so
started crying and I couldn't stop myself
I started running but there's no where to run to
I sat down on the street, took a look at myself
said where you going man you know the world is headed for hell
say all goodbyes if you've got someone you can say goodbye to

I believe the world is burning to the ground
oh well I guess we're gonna find out
let's see how far we've come (right now)
let's see how far we've come

Well I, believe, it all, is coming to an end
oh well, I guess, we're gonna pretend,
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come

Its gone gone baby its all gone
there is no one on the corner and there's no one at home
well it was cool cool, it was just all cool
now it's over for me and it's over for you
well its gone gone baby its all gone
there's no one on the corner and there's no one at home
well it was cool cool, it was just all cool
now it's over for me and it's over for you

I believe the world is burning to the ground
oh well I guess we're gonna find out
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come
Well I, believe, it all, is coming to an end
oh well, i guess, we're gonna pretend,
let's see how far we've come, again
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come
let's see how far we've come

The return of Matchbox Twenty...such an anthem! When i first heard this song, I never thought it was MB20. This is the best song therapy for those who are down and dumb. Of course, we can interpret this in many different ways, but surely, they kicked ass.

"You are my sweetest downfall,
I loved you first, I loved you first"
